Terms & Conditions and Fair Play Rules | JokerTipp

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or making a deposit through Pay n Play, a player agrees to be bound by these terms in full. If any part of these terms is unclear, support is reachable through live chat before proceeding with a deposit. Continued use of the site after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version, which will always be dated at the bottom of this page.

Eligibility

Players must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if higher, to register an account or deposit funds. JokerTipp reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point, and to suspend an account pending verification. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited by local law are not permitted to register, and any account found to belong to a restricted jurisdiction may be closed with remaining real-money balance returned, subject to verification.

Account Rules

Each player may hold one account. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or by accident through a shared household connection, may be merged or closed at the operator’s discretion, with any bonus funds across duplicate accounts forfeited. Account details, including name, date of birth and payment information, must be accurate and kept up to date. Sharing login credentials with a third party is not permitted and may result in suspension if suspicious activity is detected on the account.

Players are responsible for keeping login credentials secure. JokerTipp is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a player sharing credentials or failing to secure their own device.

Deposits and Withdrawals

  • Minimum deposit: €10 for most methods, €20 for cryptocurrency.
  • Deposits are typically instant across all supported methods.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours, with funds arriving per the schedule listed on the Pay n Play page depending on method.
  • A withdrawal must generally be requested using the same method as the original deposit, where technically possible.
  • JokerTipp reserves the right to request identity verification before releasing a first withdrawal on any account not created via Pay n Play.
  • Maximum withdrawal limits apply per week and per month, detailed at the cashier and varying by payment method.

Bonus Terms Summary

Full bonus terms are detailed on the Bonuses page. In summary: the welcome match carries a 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount, due within 30 days of activation, with a maximum stake of €5 per spin while a bonus is active. Slots contribute 100% toward wagering; table games and live dealer titles contribute 10%. Winnings generated from bonus funds are capped at 4x the bonus value unless a specific promotion states otherwise. JokerTipp reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to opposite betting patterns across linked accounts, is identified.

Fair Play and Game Integrity

All games offered through JokerTipp run on software from licensed, independently audited providers. Random number generation underlying slot and table game outcomes is certified by recognised testing labs, and certification details are available on request through support. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and subject to the same regulatory oversight as the underlying game licenses held by those studios. Any player who believes a game has malfunctioned should contact support immediately with the round ID; malfunctioning game rounds will be voided and any wagered stake returned.

Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gambling

Players can set deposit limits, session time limits or a full self-exclusion period from account settings at any time, with no requirement to give a reason. Self-exclusion periods, once activated, cannot be reversed early even at the player’s own request, and range from 6 months to a permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, an account cannot be reopened, deposits are blocked, and any pending bonus funds are forfeited. Players concerned about their gambling behaviour are encouraged to reach out to the responsible gaming contacts listed in the site footer, including the Gamblers Anonymous helpline, for independent support outside of the casino itself.

Suspension and Termination

JokerTipp reserves the right to suspend or close an account where terms are breached, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where a regulatory requirement demands it. In cases of suspected fraud or collusion, any pending winnings may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach of these terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player using the original deposit method where possible.

Limitation of Liability

JokerTipp is not liable for losses arising from factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the player’s end, third-party payment processor delays, or scheduled maintenance communicated in advance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect regulatory changes, new game offerings or operational adjustments. Material changes affecting bonus terms already in progress for a player will not be applied retroactively to that player’s active bonus. The current version date is displayed at the bottom of this page, and continued use of the account after a published update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the license under which JokerTipp operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly with support may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority’s alternative dispute resolution service, details of which are available on request.
